ADRON Town House

The brief
A large residential compound conceived as a complete estate rather than a single house.
The challenge
The development had to accommodate multiple buildings and ancillary functions while maintaining a coherent arrival sequence, compound identity and landscaped setting.
The response
The scheme brings together the main house, two 2-bedroom bungalows/visitor chalet, a mini town-hall, generator house, staff quarters, ancillary spaces and gatehouse within a coordinated estate layout. Indoor-pool humidity and ventilation, together with long structural spans, also informed delivery decisions.
The result
A multi-building residential environment completed in 2017. Publication is intentionally curated to exterior and site-scale views.
The thinking behind the project
ADRON is strongest when read at compound scale. The architectural problem is not one building but the relationship between buildings, arrival, landscape, servicing and the spaces between them.
